Our research focuses on data related to human health.

Professor Ryoko Katagiri

We conduct epidemiological research primarily focused on uncovering 'what to eat for better health' through data analysis.


Biography

  • 2001: Graduated from Oin High School

Biography

  • 2004: Graduated from Toyo Eiwa Girls' High School
  • 2009: Graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy from the Faculty of Medicine, Kyoto University
  • 2009: Worked at Tsurumaki Onsen Hospital, Medical Corporation Sanki-kai (specializing in recovery phase, neurological diseases, and cancer palliative care)
  • 2012: Enrolled in the Graduate School of Medicine, Kyoto University
  • 2012: Specialist Consultant for Assistive Devices, Kyoto Occupational Therapy Association
  • 2018: Completed Ph.D. in Human Health Sciences at Kyoto University, following a JSPS Fellowship (DC1)
  • 2018: Specially Appointed Researcher, Supportive Care Development Division, National Cancer Center Hospital
    • Project Manager, Japan Supportive Oncology Research Group (J-SUPPORT) Secretariat
